The shop sells products to individuals of legal age. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
To order
Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of your cart using the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities therein, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging. We will provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping cart, based on the preferred shipping method. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the payment and delivery methods you wish to use for your order. The delivery methods available depend on the contents and total weight of your shopping cart. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you from the available delivery methods in the checkout, where the exact delivery cost is shown.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are indicated in case of out-of-stock items in your shopping cart and we will also inform you of any delays immediately after placing your order.
We will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. The online shop will inform you on its website of any abnormal delivery times.
Return conditions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Non-redeemability is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed parcel for which no cancellation notice has been given, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problems
If a product is lost or damaged in transit or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address given in the Cancellation and Returns section or by calling the telephone number given in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier of the delivery method you have chosen.

Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
